We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent school in Dudley for a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team.

The Role
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:
Deliver specialist assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
Develop and implement tailored therapy programmes within an educational setting
Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to support student development
Provide advice, training, and support to staff and families
Contribute to EHCPs and ongoing student reviews
Requirements
HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
Experience working with children and young people (education or clinical setting)
Strong understanding of a range of communication needs, including ASD and developmental disorders
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
