We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse RGN/RMN) to join a lovely care home team. As the Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents. The home provides high-quality residential, respite and nursing care for older people and specialist care for people with dementia.
Clinical Lead responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of personalised and high-quality care plans for each resident.
- Act as a deputy for the management team, collaborating closely with local GPs and healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care.
