Dementia Care Manager Full-time, permanent£ Surrey Are you ready to lead person-centred dementia care?

We are looking for an experienced Dementia Care Manager to oversee and enhance high-quality, person-led dementia care within a specialist care setting.

You will lead a compassionate team, ensuring residents’ emotional, social, and clinical needs are at the heart of everything you do.

Key

Responsibilities: Provide emotionally intelligent, compassionate leadership, modelling person-centred care.

Embed dementia care principles into daily practice, ensuring residents’ needs guide routines and service delivery.

Support staff development, training, and reflective practice to sustain a skilled, empowered team.

Monitor quality and outcomes, using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.

Chair team meetings, coordinate action plans, and deputise in the absence of the senior manager.
