We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent school in Dudley for a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team. The Role

  • Deliver specialist assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy programmes within an educational setting
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to support student development
  • Provide advice, training, and support to staff and families
  • Contribute to EHCPs and ongoing student reviews

Requirements

  • HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
  • Experience working with children and young people (education or clinical setting)
  • Strong understanding of a range of communication needs, including ASD and developmental disorders
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
