About the Role
As Registered Manager, you\βll lead the day-to-day operations of a regulated care service, ensuring compliance, safety, and outstanding support for individuals with complex needs. You\βll manage and mentor a team of Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers, fostering a culture of compassion, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
