We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for a Home Manager to lead one of their nursing homes in Cleveland.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader who is committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care while driving quality, occupancy and team performance.
As Home Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, regulatory compliance and commercial performance.
You'll ideally have: Previous Home Manager experience within a nursing home.
A strong understanding of elderly and dementia care.
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Good knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
