We are currently seeking an experienced Outpatient Manager to join a well-established mental health hospital based in Edinburgh. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000. This is an exciting leadership role overseeing both onsite and online outpatient mental health services, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective clinical delivery.

The Role

  • Lead and manage the outpatient mental health service (including online provision)
  • Oversee clinical governance, compliance, and service development
  • Manage and support a multidisciplinary clinical team
  • Ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery
  • Contribute to service growth and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • HCPC registered professional (essential) - Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist, Psychotherapist can be considered
  • Strong background in mental health services
  • Previous leadership or management experience
  • Experience delivering or overseeing online outpatient services
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
