FIND Medical are currently supporting a leading healthcare provider in the recruitment of an experienced Clinical Lead Deputy Manager to join a specialist neuro and spinal care service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide senior clinical leadership, drive quality improvement and support the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care within a complex healthcare environment.
The Role You will provide visible clinical leadership across the service, supporting nursing teams to maintain excellent standards of care, governance and patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Leading and developing clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
Driving improvements in quality, safety, compliance and clinical standards.
Supporting clinical governance, audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Working collaboratively with MDT colleagues, healthcare partners and senior leaders.
Mentoring staff and supporting the development of future clinical leaders.
You will be an experienced Registered Nurse with: Active NMC registration.
Significant experience within neuro, spinal, neurorehabilitation, complex care or another high-acuity setting.
Proven experience leading clinical teams and driving service improvements.
Strong knowledge of tracheostomy care and respiratory management.
