We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Clinical Educator to join a leading organisation within adult mental health services. This is a national role offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real impact on clinical practice and workforce development across the UK.

The Role

  • Lead on the design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education and training programmes within adult mental health services
  • Support and develop clinical staff to maintain high standards of care and evidence-based practice
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders nationally
  • Travel across the UK as required, alongside remote working

Requirements

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration
  • Experience working within adult mental health services
  • A training/teaching qualification is desirable or proven experience in a similar clinical education, training, or practice development role
  • Strong communication, leadership, and facilitation skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally
