Head of Recruitment – Healthcare & Clinical Salary: Up to £55,000 + car allowance
Location: National role – based anywhere in the UK
Working pattern: Remote working with national travel
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Clinical Educator to join a leading organisation delivering adult healthcare services . This national role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence clinical practice and education on a UK‑wide scale.
The Role Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education and training programmes across adult services
Support, mentor, and develop clinical staff to ensure high standards of care and best practice
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders nationally
Undertake national travel as required, alongside remote working
Requirements Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
Experience working within adult services
A training or teaching qualification is desirable, or proven experience in a similar clinical education / practice development role
Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
Willingness to travel nationally
