We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-regarded mental health service provider, for a Lead Psychologist to join their clinical team at a specialist facility in Bexhill-on-Sea.
As the Lead Psychologist, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality psychological services within a multidisciplinary team. This is a pivotal leadership role, where you will contribute to the ongoing development of therapeutic approaches, support complex case formulation, and ensure that psychological practice is embedded across the service.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical leadership to a team of psychologists and therapists.
- Deliver and supervise a range of evidence-based psychological assessments and interventions.
- Contribute to service planning, development, and quality improvement.
