Can you lead a well-established, Good-rated care home and drive it forward while maintaining outstanding standards of care? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Home Manager to lead a beautiful nursing, residential and dementia care home in Shropshire. The service holds a Good CQC rating and is part of a growing, supportive provider with a strong focus on quality, leadership and continuous improvement.

This is a full Home Manager-level position, suitable for either a clinical or non-clinical leader, with full responsibility for the operational, regulatory and cultural leadership of the home.

About you:

  • Proven experience as a Home Manager within elderly care (nursing, residential or dementia)
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
  • Confident leader with the ability to manage full service responsibility
  • Open to both clinically and non-clinically qualified Home Managers
