We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Surgical Services to lead and develop our Surgical Division, covering Theatres, Endoscopy, and Recovery. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a prestigious healthcare provider based in St John\’s Wood, delivering exceptional patient care in a state-of-the-art environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage surgical services including Theatres, Endoscopy, and Recovery units.
• Drive service excellence, clinical standards, and operational performance.
• Provide strategic leadership and ensure compliance with clinical governance and regulatory standards.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
• Collaborate with consultants and senior management to deliver innovative and efficient surgical services.

About You:

• Experienced senior healthcare professional with a strong background in surgical services.
• Proven leadership experience within a clinical or acute hospital setting.
• RN or ODP qualification with current registration (desirable).
• Passionate about patient care, safety, and service innovation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
