We are currently seeking an experienced Outpatient Manager to join a well-established mental health hospital based in Edinburgh. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000.
This is an exciting leadership role overseeing both onsite and online outpatient mental health services, ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective clinical delivery.
The Role
- Lead and manage the outpatient mental health service (including online provision)
- Oversee clinical governance, compliance, and service development
- Manage and support a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service delivery
- Contribute to service growth and operational efficiency
Requirements
- HCPC registered professional (essential) - Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Speech and Language Therapist, Psychotherapist can be considered
- Strong background in mental health services
- Previous leadership or management experience
- Experience delivering or overseeing online outpatient services
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (essential)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
