We are recruiting an experienced and inspirational Nurse Manager to lead our Mental Health Unit in West Lothian. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a registered nurse with strong leadership skills and a passion for high-quality mental health care and clinical governance.
- Provide clinical and operational leadership across the mental health unit
- Lead and oversee clinical governance, including audits, risk management, incident reviews, and quality improvement initiatives
- Manage and develop the nursing workforce, including recruitment, supervision, training, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures
Current NMC registration as RMN, RGN, or RNLD is required. Candidates should have substantial experience within mental health services, previous experience in a senior nursing or management role, and experience within inpatient or specialist mental health settings.
