We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Lead ( Registered Nurse RGN / RMN ) to join a lovely care home team. As the Clinical Lead ( Registered Nurse RGN / RMN ) you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents. The home provides high quality residential, respite and nursing care for older people and specialist care for people with dementia.

Clinical Lead responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of personalised and high-quality care plans for each resident.
• Act as a deputy for the management team, collaborating closely with local GPs and healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care.
• Motivate, support, and guide team members, fostering a positive and collaborative environment where residents receive the best possible one-to-one care.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of care planning and clinical compliance, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse qualification ( RGN / RMN ) with valid NMC registration.
• Experience in elderly care or a care home setting is desirable.
