Are you an RMN with clinical leadership experience looking to take the next step in a Deputy Manager role in dementia care? I’m working with a nursing and dementia home in Southport that’s looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated RGN/RMN to support the Home Manager and help deliver exceptional care.

The Role:

  • Support the Home Manager with daily operations and clinical oversight
  • Lead and mentor nursing and care staff
  • Ensure the highest standards of care, with a focus on dementia
  • Maintain compliance with CQC standards and professional regulations
  • Work supernumerary hours to focus on leadership and clinical excellence

What We’re Looking For:

  • RMN with a valid NMC PIN
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in nursing homes
  • Previous clinical lead experience is essential; Deputy Manager experience is ideal
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Passion for providing person-centred care to older adults and residents with dementia
