Are you an RMN with clinical leadership experience looking to take the next step in a Deputy Manager role in dementia care? I’m working with a nursing and dementia home in Southport that’s looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated RGN/RMN to support the Home Manager and help deliver exceptional care.
The Role:
- Support the Home Manager with daily operations and clinical oversight
- Lead and mentor nursing and care staff
- Ensure the highest standards of care, with a focus on dementia
- Maintain compliance with CQC standards and professional regulations
- Work supernumerary hours to focus on leadership and clinical excellence
What We’re Looking For:
- RMN with a valid NMC PIN
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in nursing homes
- Previous clinical lead experience is essential; Deputy Manager experience is ideal
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Passion for providing person-centred care to older adults and residents with dementia
