About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our school-based therapy team, supporting children and young people across our London sites. This is a term-time-only position, offering an excellent work–life balance while making a meaningful impact on students’ development and wellbeing.

You will work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, families, and external professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions that enable students to access learning and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions within school settings
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans aligned with EHCP outcomes
  • Provide direct therapy sessions (1:1 and group) focusing on sensory integration, fine and gross motor skills, functional independence, and emotional regulation
  • Contribute to annual reviews and multidisciplinary meetings
  • Offer training, guidance, and practical strategies to school staff and families
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional standards

About You

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration
  • Experience working with children and young people, ideally within school or SEN settings
  • Strong understanding of sensory processing, neurodevelopmental conditions, and EHCP frameworks
  • Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
  • Ability to travel across London sites
