We are currently seeking an experienced Interim Endoscopy Nurse Manager to support a well-established service in London on a full-time, fixed-term basis. This is a great opportunity for a strong clinical leader to step into a busy endoscopy unit and provide operational oversight, clinical expertise, and team support during an interim period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the endoscopy unit
- Lead, support, and manage the nursing team
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety are maintained
- Maintain compliance with JAG standards and regulatory requirements
- Support service delivery, capacity management, and performance
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (NMC) with endoscopy experience
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong understanding of endoscopy procedures and pathways
- JAG knowledge/experience preferred
- Ability to start at short notice
