A growing national care provider is looking for a Clinical Lead to join one of its services in Bristol, supporting older people living in nursing, residential and dementia care settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Clinical Lead or a strong Registered Nurse ready to step up into leadership within a supportive and values-driven organisation.
You’ll work closely with the Home Manager & Deputy to lead clinical practice, support and develop staff, and ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centred care. With 50% supernumerary time, you’ll have the space to focus on quality, coaching and continuous improvement while still staying close to care delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading day-to-day clinical practice across the service
- Supporting, mentoring and developing nurses and care staff
- Driving high standards in dementia and elderly care
- Supporting care planning, medication management and audits
- Working with families and external professionals
- Helping to create a positive, compassionate care culture
