Senior Clinical Educator - RGN in Belfast

Salary: Up to £55,000 + car allowance

Location: National role – based anywhere in the UK

Working pattern: Remote working with national travel

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Clinical Educator to join a leading organisation delivering adult healthcare services . This national role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to influence clinical practice and education on a UK-wide scale.

The Role

• Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of clinical education and training programmes across adult services
• Support, mentor, and develop clinical staff to ensure high standards of care and best practice
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders nationally
• Undertake national travel as required, alongside remote working

Requirements

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration
• Experience working within adult services
• A training or teaching qualification is desirable, or proven experience in a similar clinical education / practice development role
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel nationally
