We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent school in Dudley for a passionate and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team. The Role
- Deliver specialist assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement tailored therapy programmes within an educational setting
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and other professionals to support student development
- Provide advice, training, and support to staff and families
- Contribute to EHCPs and ongoing student reviews
Requirements
- HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
- Experience working with children and young people (education or clinical setting)
- Strong understanding of a range of communication needs, including ASD and developmental disorders
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
