Theatre Nurse / ODP
Buckinghamshire | Full Time, Permanent | Up to £43,000
We are recruiting for an experienced Theatre Nurse / Operating Department Practitioner (ODP) to join a busy theatre team within a private hospital in Buckinghamshire.
We are open to practitioners with experience across Scrub, Anaesthetics or Recovery, with opportunities to work within a supportive and well-established theatre department.
The Role
- Working across Scrub, Anaesthetics and/or Recovery depending on your experience
- Supporting a varied elective surgical caseload
- Providing safe, high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative pathway
- Working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and the wider theatre team
- Orthopaedic experience would be particularly desirable
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurse or ODP with a valid NMC or HCPC registration
- Previous theatre experience within Scrub, Anaesthetics or Recovery
- Orthopaedic experience is ideal, particularly for Scrub practitioners
- Strong communication and team-working skills
- Commitment to delivering excellent patient care
Package
- Salary up to £43,000, dependent on experience
- Full-time, permanent position
