Our ideal candidate will provide excellent care to our elderly residents, ensuring their safety and well-being while demonstrating empathy and compassion.
Responsibilities
- As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for delivering direct care and support to our residents, including administering medication and liaising with healthcare professionals as needed.
- You will also conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for each resident.
- Furthermore, you will supervise and manage other nursing staff and care assistants to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to residents.
