Experienced and Compassionate RGN/RMN Staff Nurse for UK Nursing Home We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled RGN/RMN Staff Nurse to join our team in a UK nursing home.

Our ideal candidate will provide excellent care to our elderly residents, ensuring their safety and well-being while demonstrating empathy and compassion.

Responsibilities

  • As a staff nurse, you will be responsible for delivering direct care and support to our residents, including administering medication and liaising with healthcare professionals as needed.
  • You will also conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Furthermore, you will supervise and manage other nursing staff and care assistants to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to residents.
  • You must follow all policies and procedures to provide person-centered care, maintain accurate records, and update care plans as required.
  • You should also be prepared to handle emergencies and unexpected situations that may arise during your shift.

Requirements
