We are currently seeking a highly skilled RGN/RMN Staff Nurse to join our compassionate team of caregivers in a UK nursing home. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our elderly residents while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing direct care and support to residents, including administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans for each resident.
- Supervising and managing care assistants and other nursing staff to ensure the best possible care for residents.
- Following all policies and procedures to provide person‑centered care.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating care plans as required.
- Managing emergencies and situations that may arise during your shift.
Key Requirements
- NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a nursing home or a similar setting.
