Looking for a talented RGN or RMN Staff Nurse with a caring and empathetic approach to join our UK nursing home team. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our elderly residents while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct care and support to residents, including administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as needed.
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized care plans for each resident.
- Supervise and manage care assistants and other nursing staff to provide the best possible care to residents.
- Adhere to policies and procedures to provide person-centered care.
- Keep accurate records and update care plans as needed.
- Manage any emergencies or situations that may arise during your shift.
- NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a nursing home or similar environment.
