We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled RGN/RMN Staff Nurse to join our team in a UK nursing home. Our ideal candidate will provide excellent care to our elderly residents, ensuring their safety and well-being while demonstrating empathy and compassion.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering direct care and support to our residents, including administering medication and liaising with healthcare professionals as needed.
- Conducting assessments and creating individualized care plans for each resident.
- Supervising and managing other nursing staff and care assistants to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to residents.
- Following all policies and procedures to provide person-centered care, maintain accurate records, and update care plans as required.
