We are currently seeking a highly skilled RGN/RMN Staff Nurse to join our compassionate team of caregivers in a UK nursing home. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our elderly residents while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing direct care and support to residents, which includes administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as necessary.
  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans for each resident.
  • Supervising and managing care assistants and other nursing staff to ensure the best possible care for residents.
  • Following all policies and procedures to provide person-centered care.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating care plans as required.
