We are in search of a skilled and empathetic RGN or RMN Staff Nurse to join our nursing home team in the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top‑notch care to our elderly residents while ensuring their safety and well‑being.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medication, provide direct care and support to residents, and communicate with healthcare professionals as required.
- Develop individualized care plans and conduct assessments for each resident.
- Oversee and supervise care assistants and other nursing staff to deliver the best possible care for residents.
