We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled RGN/RMN Staff Nurse to join our team in a UK nursing home. Our ideal candidate will provide excellent care to our elderly residents, ensuring their safety and well-being while demonstrating empathy and compassion.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care and support to our residents, including administering medication and liaising with healthcare professionals as needed.
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for each resident.
