We're seeking an experienced and compassionate RGN or RMN Staff Nurse to join our team in a UK nursing home. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our elderly residents and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to residents, including administering medication and communicating with healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for each resident.
- Supervise and manage care assistants and other nursing staff to ensure the best possible care for residents.
- Follow all policies and procedures to provide person-centered care.
- Maintain accurate records and update care plans as required.
