FIND are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and growing training provider to hire an Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor. Our client specialises in supporting Early Years, Teaching Assistant and wider Childcare training, helping learners flourish and meet sector standards.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assessor/Tutor to join our established team. This is a pivotal role supporting learners undertaking qualifications in Early Years, ensuring they gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed.
- Support a caseload of learners across Early Years qualifications, guiding their professional development journey.
- Plan, deliver, and assess teaching, learning, and assessment activities in line with awarding organisation requirements.
- Provide personalised support and feedback, enabling learners to achieve their apprenticeship standards and qualifications.
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding, well-being, and inclusion for all learners in line with organisational and legislative expectations.
- Promote positive behaviour, equal opportunities, and diversity throughout all learning activities.
Possess a teaching qualification (e.g., Relevant occupational experience in the Early Years sector). Proficient IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office and virtual learning platforms. Commitment to safeguarding, promoting equality and diversity, and continuous professional development. Full driving licence and access to transport (role may require site visits).
