Job Description Engagement Lead - Apprenticeships (South) All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application. £40,000 + Benefits | Field-Based | South England Are you passionate about apprenticeships, employer engagement and building long-term client relationships? We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing apprenticeship providers to recruit an Engagement Lead covering key employer accounts across the South of England. This is not a new business sales role. Instead, you'll be responsible for strengthening relationships with existing clients, driving apprenticeship awareness, increasing learner engagement and becoming the trusted face of the business across a portfolio of nationally recognised employers. The organisation has recently undergone significant investment, completed the acquisition of another major training provider and has ambitious growth plans for the years ahead. As a result, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business that is investing heavily in its people, programmes and employer partnerships. The Role You'll manage a portfolio of approximately 5-6 large employer accounts, working closely with operational stakeholders, store managers and regional leaders to increase apprenticeship participation and engagement.
