We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join a growing EdTech provider, helping to drive innovation across the training and education sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys generating new business opportunities and building relationships within the education market. You'll play a key role in engaging Independent Training Providers (ITPs) and other Post-16 education providers, introducing market leading SaaS and e-learning solutions that enhance learning delivery and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prospecting and engaging new customers across Independent Training Providers (ITPs), colleges and other education organisations through phone, email, LinkedIn and outbound campaigns.
  • Identifying and qualifying opportunities, booking meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Building relationships with key decision-makers, including CEOs, Managing Directors and Principals.
  • Researching target accounts and creating tailored outreach strategies.
  • Maintaining an accurate pipeline within the CRM, ensuring all activity is recorded.
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximise lead generation and conversion.
  • Keeping up to date with developments across the EdTech and training provider landscape.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, Lead Generation or outbound sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology or EdTech.
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
  • A resilient, target driven mindset with a passion for new business.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects.
  • A proactive approach with a genuine desire to build a career in EdTech/ SaaS.
  • Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is desirable.
