Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Recruitment
Location: Fareham (3 days a week in office)

Since we started, we’ve helped 98 different companies win Talent. We’re super proud of that, but there’s much more to do. To fuel this growth, we’re hiring an SDR to join our Business Development team and help us reach even more clients.
The Role
As an SDR at FIND, you’ll be the engine that powers our growth. Your mission is to generate opportunities for our senior BD team by connecting with decision-makers, sparking conversations, and booking quality meetings.
This role is perfect for someone who’s ambitious, confident on the phone, and loves the buzz of sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to decision-makers
- Book meetings for our BD team with new clients
- Qualify prospects to ensure they’re a good fit for our staffing solutions
- Use our sales tech stack to manage pipelines and track outreach activity
- Contribute ideas to refine our messaging, campaigns, and approach
- Be a brand ambassador for FIND - representing us with energy, professionalism, and integrity
About You
We’re looking for someone hungry to learn and motivated by results.
You’ll bring:
- 6–18 months experience in telesales, lead generation, recruitment resourcing, or a similar outbound sales role
- Confidence making cold calls and handling objections
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Grit and resilience - you thrive when targets are clear and challenges are in front of you
- Ambition - you might want to progress into BD, recruitment, or account management
