Location: Home-based, covering Sussex (ideal candidate will be based between Crawley & Brighton)

Salary: £29,064 + mileage (45ppm)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

FIND is partnering with one of the UK's largest apprenticeship training providers, an Ofsted Grade 2 organisation supporting 7,000+ apprentices nationwide. They deliver programmes for some of the UK's best-known retail brands, including major supermarkets and national retailers such as John Lewis, Sainsbury's, ASDA, Dunelm, Co-op, and JD Sports.

This role is ideal for an experienced retail leader looking to step away from the shop floor and into a rewarding training career. No previous training or assessing experience is required - full training and the CAVA qualification will be provided.

The Role

  • Coach and assess retail apprentices within large national retailers
  • Carry out progress reviews and support learners through to completion
  • Deliver engaging training sessions aligned to workplace practice
  • Work closely with employers to ensure training is relevant and impactful
  • Maintain accurate learner and compliance records

About You (Essential)

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
  • Strong retail leadership background (supermarket or fashion retail welcomed)
  • Passionate about developing people and sharing best practice
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisation skills
  • Team Leader level considered only if exceptionally strong
