FIND are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well established and growing Training provider to hire a Childcare Apprenticeship Tutor. Hybrid with some occasional travel to visit apprentices in their workplace setting, the successful candidate will deliver Level 2, 3 & 5 Apprenticeships to learners in the Early Years sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with employers and learners to deliver high-quality teaching and learning.
- Deliver qualifications across a range of programme levels where occupationally competent, in accordance with quality processes and in line with our continuous Improvement strategy.
- Meeting KPIs set for starts, progression, timely achievement, leavers and customer satisfaction in line with quality & compliance.
- Be proficient in the use of electronic portfolio systems to record learner interventions, reviews, upload work, and all required off-the-job training, maintaining learner information, ensuring quality and integrity of data, which is accurately recorded and submitted efficiently, to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Core Competencies
- Room Leader or Senior Level experience working in a childcare setting – Room Leader, Deputy/ Assistant Manager or Nursery Manager experience.
- CAVA/D32/33/A1 or equivalent training/assessment related qualification or willingness to work towards.
- Occupational experience in sector is a must!
