Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • You are likely a high-performing Strategic Account Director, Enterprise Account Executive or Customer Success leader from a technology consulting, staffing, workforce transformation, enterprise learning or hire-train-deploy environment.
  • You have experience selling into Banking and Financial Services clients, growing complex enterprise accounts and operating with senior technology and executive stakeholders.
  • You bring strong commercial drive, consultative sales capability and a "hunter within farming" mentality - capable of turning existing enterprise relationships into significantly larger strategic accounts. This is not a passive account management role.
  • The business requires a strategic commercial operator capable of growing sophisticated enterprise banking accounts through consultative engagement, stakeholder mapping and expansion-led account strategy.
  • You will inherit and develop strategic Tier 1 and Tier 2 Financial Services accounts, operating directly with senior technology and executive stakeholders across large, complex banking organisations.

Comfortable operating in long consultative sales cycles.

Strong commercial instinct with a "hunter within farming" mentality.
