We are seeking a commercially driven and consultative Client Director to lead strategic growth across enterprise level accounts within the Data & AI apprenticeship space. This is a senior client facing role focused on developing long-term partnerships with some of the UK’s largest organisations. You will work closely with C-suite stakeholders including Chief Data Officers, CIOs, CTOs, HR Directors, Talent Leaders, and Transformation Executives to design and deliver impactful workforce transformation programmes through Data & AI learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles (typically 6–12 months), navigating multiple stakeholders, and driving high value consultative sales within learning, technology, workforce transformation, SaaS, apprenticeships, or professional services environments.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans across enterprise and corporate organisations throughout the UK
  • Lead consultative sales conversations around Data, AI, Digital Transformation, and workforce capability development
  • Understand client business challenges and position apprenticeship programmes as strategic talent and transformation solutions
  • Collaborate with internal delivery, curriculum, and marketing teams to create tailored client proposals and solutions
  • Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and account expansion opportunities
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM management
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, networking opportunities, and executive meetings
  • Stay informed on developments within AI, data skills, workforce transformation, and apprenticeship funding
