My client is seeking an organised, proactive, and approachable HR and Recruitment Co-ordinator to join their busy team in a rewarding and varied role. You will provide high-quality administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee records management and leaver processes.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, contributing to the development of effective HR systems, and supporting safer recruitment practices. Your excellent interpersonal and organisational skills will be critical in ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating recruitment campaigns and interview logistics
- Preparing employment documentation and managing onboarding
- Maintaining HR systems and employee records
- Liaising with payroll and managing vetting checks
- Supporting compliance with safer recruitment and safeguarding procedures
