  • About FIND

We're a high-performance, sales-focused recruitment business that prides itself on delivering exceptional service and outstanding results for both clients and candidates.

Since launching four years ago, we've grown from a team of three to 17 people, launched multiple specialist divisions and built a reputation for becoming genuine experts in the markets we choose.

Now we're doing it again.

We've identified one of the UK's fastest-growing recruitment markets and we're looking for someone to build it with us.

The Opportunity

We're launching a brand-new Employment Services practice.

This isn't a warm desk.

It's far better than that.

We've spent months researching the market, identifying where recruitment demand is really created and building a strategy that's different from every other recruiter operating in the space.

You'll recruit across organisations delivering

  • Employability Services
  • Health into Work
  • Individual Placement & Support (IPS)
  • Supported Employment
  • Justice & Rehabilitation

We'll give you the freedom, support and investment to build a market-leading desk.

If you love building relationships, winning new business and creating something genuinely valuable, you'll love this role.

The Role

You'll take ownership of our Employment Services division, partnering with organisations across the UK to recruit delivery, operational and leadership talent.

You'll manage and grow relationships with existing clients whilst introducing FIND to organisations we're not yet working with.

This role is perfect for a recruiter who enjoys building a specialist market rather than simply filling vacancies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Employment Services providers to understand their hiring plans and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
  • Win and develop new business through proactive outreach, networking and market intelligence.
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to offer management.
  • Build deep candidate networks across delivery, operational and leadership roles.
  • Become a recognised market expert by understanding contract awards, provider growth and recruitment trends.
  • Deliver a five-star experience to every client and candidate you work with.

About You

We're looking for someone who brings ambition, energy and emotional intelligence to the team.

You'll enjoy building relationships, spotting opportunities and taking ownership of your own success.

You'll ideally have

  • 2+ years' experience in a 360 recruitment role OR an experienced sales person from the Employability Sector.
  • A proven track record of winning new business.
  • Confidence using multiple channels to generate leads and secure new clients.
  • A commercial mindset and genuine curiosity about the markets you recruit.
  • High emotional intelligence - you're approachable, self-aware and relationship-driven.
  • Grit, resilience and a willingness to keep pushing when things get tough.
  • An ownership mentality - you want to build something, not just inherit it.

Why Join FIND?

  • We've already built successful specialist recruitment divisions - we know how to launch new markets.
  • We've developed a proven model that can be applied to any specialist sector.
  • You'll have genuine ownership of an exciting, high-growth market.
  • We're a supportive, values-led business that coaches, develops and celebrates success.
  • We're unapologetically sales-focused and love helping ambitious recruiters build brilliant careers.
  • You'll have access to market-leading technology, automation and sales tools to help you succeed.
  • Ongoing coaching, training and personal development are part of our DNA.

Package

  • Basic salary of £27500 - £35000pa (DOE)
  • Uncapped commission (25-35%).
  • Car allowance (where applicable).
  • Unlimited holiday policy.
  • Enhanced parental leave.
  • Private healthcare after qualifying period.
  • Quarterly team incentives, events and overseas trips.
  • Summer and Christmas parties.

Ready to Build Something Special?

This is an opportunity to take ownership of one of FIND's most exciting new divisions.

If you're the type of recruiter who enjoys winning new business, becoming a genuine market expert and building a desk with long-term potential, we'd love to hear from you.
