FIND has partnered with leading Technology Training & Consultancy within the Tech Hire-Train-Deploy industry. Boasting successful Data, AI, Cloud & Software Engineering training academies, with rapid growth across all, they’re looking to add more Trainers to the team.
We’re looking for a Data Analytics Trainer – responsible for training, coaching & developing junior Data Analytics professionals on 12-week bootcamp style programmes before they’re deployed as Tech Consultants into FTSE 250 companies. Throughout each 12 week cohort, you’ll provide both group training delivery & one-to-one coaching to each learner, equipping them with the technical & professional skills they need to be Data Consultant ready. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Data Analyst or Data Scientist with passion for training & developing others.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Training & Coaching
- Serve as a Lead Instructor for the Data Analyst training programme
- Provide further individualised 1-to-1 coaching & mentoring to learners/consultants
- Guide participants through practical labs, projects, simulations, and real-life case studies to equip them with industry-ready skills
- Curriculum Development
- When not teaching, support on ensuring the Data Academy remains delivering training on the latest tools, technologies, practices & trends within Data.
- Assess & Mentor
- Develop assessment methods to measure student progress and knowledge retention.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to help students achieve competency and confidence.
- Experience working as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist
- Strong Teaching / Training Experience: Proven experience as a Trainer, Instructor, Tutor, Teacher, Lecturer, Coach or Mentor.
- SQL & Python experience
- Location: This is a truly hybrid working position. You’ll spend an average of 3 days per week at their London HQ, with the rest of the team.
- Salary: £55,000 - £70,000
