We are representing one of the largest providers in the training sector—an Ofsted Grade 2 organisation with over 30 years of experience. They deliver training across all four nations of the UK, supporting over 7,000 active apprentices. Recognised as a trusted leader in the field, they are now seeking an Administrator to join their team.
Role: Resources Planning Administrator
Location: Hybrid working, with a minimum of two office days a week in Reading
Salary: £24,000
Travel: Candidates must drive and have access to their own vehicle as the office isn’t accessible via public transport

- Key Technical Skills:
- Microsoft office and excellent Excel skills

Top 4 Major Tasks and Activities:
- Assist Resource Lead with scheduling project.
- Assert yourself as first point of contact for all trainers and associates.
- Responsible for raising Purchase Orders
- Responsible for ordering and stock management of Academy consumables.
Additional Key Accountabilities:
- Coordination and maintenance of all central resources
- Carry out stock takes of all Academy consumables and assets.
- Proactively engage with both trainers and suppliers to improve training material quality and identify cost savings.
- Responsible for allocating our virtual classroom licences and informing trainers.
- Responsible for keeping our Workbook ordering portal up to date and being the key contact for our supplier.

- Report trainer utilisation figures.
- Report room utilisation figures.
- Report resource utilisation figures.
- Monthly stock take
