Are you an experienced contract management professional ready to lead procurement strategies and optimise contract performance? My client is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative individual to take on this newly developed role as Contract & Procurement Lead. This role will play a pivotal part in overseeing the full contract lifecycle, driving procurement best practices, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will support strategic decision-making through data analysis and work closely with colleagues across departments to streamline processes and ensure contractual obligations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administration and lifecycle management of contracts across multiple sites
  • Support and advise on procurement activities and tendering processes
  • Ensure compliance with procurement legislation and internal policies
  • Build and manage supplier relationships
  • Deliver training and tools to enhance procurement awareness and contract performance

The ideal candidate:

  • Significant experience in contract and procurement management
  • Strong understanding of public and/or commercial sector contracting practices
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Relevant qualifications (degree or professional certification such as CIPS/IACCM preferred)
