Are you passionate about the power of AI and excited to help shape the next generation of professionals who will drive AI adoption and enablement in the workplace? We're looking for an AI Enablement Coach / Trainer to train apprentices enrolled on AI Enablement programmes - equipping them with the technical knowledge, digital confidence and applied AI capability required to thrive in today's workplace. This role blends structured training delivery with developmental coaching, ensuring learners not only understand AI concepts, but can confidently apply them in real-world business environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging virtual training sessions across AI, automation and digital transformation topics
  • Facilitate practical workshops demonstrating applied AI tools and workflows
  • Train learners to identify AI opportunities and apply solutions within real workplace contexts
  • Develop learner capability in AI implementation, digital project support, workflow improvement and troubleshooting
  • Provide structured feedback on learner progress and portfolio work
  • Deliver 1:1 developmental support to reinforce learning and build confidence
  • Use real-world industry examples to contextualise training
  • Inspire, motivate and empower apprentices as they progress into specialist AI & Digital roles

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in applied AI Enablement, AI Implementation or Digital Transformation
  • Practical experience with tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or equivalent AI platforms
  • Working knowledge of No-Code / Low-Code AI and Automation tools
  • Experience creating AI Agents, assistants, or AI-powered automation workflows in business environments
  • Previous experience in Training, Teaching, Tutoring or Coaching (Trainer / Instructor / Lecturer / Teacher / Coach / Mentor)
  • Passionate about developing early-career professionals within AI and Digital

This is a fully remote working role, and salary is £55,000 - £65,000.
