About the Role

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for coaching and mentoring others? Join our client's growing team as a Business Analyst Coach, where you'll coach, guide & mentor junior/apprentice Business Analysts throughout their apprenticeship journey - from day one to completion. This is a highly flexible, remote-working role, ideal for BA professionals seeking meaningful work, and one that could still fit around other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 and small group coaching sessions to support apprentice Business Analysts across a variety of industries
  • Provide technical mentoring in core BA tools, techniques, and methodologies
  • Offer pastoral support, helping learners stay on track and fully motivated throughout their programme
  • Support learners in building confidence and developing practical, job-ready skills
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure learner progress and success
  • Adapt coaching styles to meet diverse learner needs and learning styles
  • Track learner development and provide constructive feedback

What We're Looking For

  • Industry Experience: At least 1+ years of hands-on experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Formal or Informal Coaching experience: Any form of previous coaching, mentoring, or training experience - formal or informal (no need to have worked as a formal Coach / Mentor / Assessor / Trainer / Instructor / Lecturer / Teacher)
  • Passion for People: Enthusiastic about supporting others to learn, grow, and succeed
  • Excellent Communication: Able to explain BA concepts clearly and effectively
  • Organised and Self-Motivated: Comfortable managing your own schedule and learner caseload
