We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing EdTech provider, helping to drive innovation across the training and education sector. This is a high-impact pure new business role focused on engaging with Independent Training Providers (ITPs) and other post 16 education providers, promoting cutting-edge SaaS & E-learning solutions that enhance learning delivery and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Selling SaaS & EdTech solutions to ITPs, educational organisations, colleges and Commercial Clients primarily at CEO/MD/ Principal level.
- Managing a pipeline of prospective clients supported by an internal SDR function, you’ll focus on winning and closing deals.
- Building relationships that go beyond the first sale, helping clients get long-term value from content available.
- Achieving growth targets by bringing on new clients and gaining market share from competitors.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in SaaS/ EdTech sales, ideally selling into the education or training provider sector.
- A proven track record of new business development, from first contact to close.
- Confidence in engaging senior decision-makers (CEO/MD level) within the ITP or broader education market.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions.
- Self-driven, highly organised, and capable of thriving in a remote/ hybrid environment.
