We're looking for a Lead AI Automation Trainer & Subject Matter Expert to take ownership of a brand-new AI Automation programme. Combining subject matter expertise, content development and training delivery, you'll help learners and organisations understand how AI and automation can be used to improve business processes, productivity and digital transformation outcomes. This is a genuine opportunity to shape, scale & own a new programme / pathway, while becoming the go-to expert for AI Automation within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the SME for AI Automation, Workflow Automation and Business Transformation.
- Design and develop programme content, learning materials and practical activities.
- Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops.
- Ensure content remains aligned to industry trends and employer needs.
- Help learners apply AI and automation solutions to real business challenges.
- Support the growth and future development of AI and Business Applications programmes.
Requirements:
- Experience in AI Automation, Workflow Automation, Business Transformation or Digital Transformation.
- Experience designing learning content, programmes or curriculum.
- Practical knowledge of Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Agents and Low-Code / No-Code automation tools.
- Strong understanding of process improvement and business transformation through automation.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops or professional learning programmes.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them accessible to non-technical audiences.
What This Role Is NOT:
- Not an AI Engineering role.
- Not a software development position.
- Not focused on advanced programming or Python expertise.
The focus is on helping businesses and learners apply AI and automation to drive meaningful business outcomes.
