About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for Artificial Intelligence to join a rapidly going Technology & Business Training organisation.

You’ll deliver a brand-new apprenticeship programme designed to equip the next generation of Business Analysts with both core BA competencies and cutting-edge AI skills that can be applied across Digital Transformation, Change, and broader business improvement initiatives.

This is not a generic BA Trainer role – it’s a unique opportunity to shape how future BA’s think about and embed AI into their work from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, interactive training sessions covering traditional Business Analysis fundamentals (requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, process modelling, solution evaluation etc.) alongside practical AI applications.

• Teach learners how to leverage AI tools and technologies in BA, Change & Digital Transformation activities

• Bring real-world BA & AI project experience into your training sessions, using examples, case studies and simulations.

• Support apprentices in applying learning to their workplace projects, with an emphasis on integrating AI solutions into business analysis workflows.

• Stay up-to-date (& up-skill) with AI trends, tools and regulations to ensure the curriculum remains current and industry-relevant.

• Collaborate with curriculum designers to continually evolve course content to match BA & AI industry needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital transformation, change, or similar business improvement projects.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AI – applying it in practical BA contexts
• Strong Gen AI tool experience & knowledge (Chat GPT, Gemini, CoPilot, Claude etc)
• Some form of Teaching, Training or Coaching experience – formal or informal (Trainer / Coach / Instructor / Lecturer / Teacher / Mentor)
• A track record of embedding AI into real-world projects to deliver measurable business value.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills

This is a full-time, fully remote working role (must be UK based)

Salary range is £50,000 – £60,000
