Transformation Consultant Manager, Senior Manager, Director £80,000 – 140,000 Hybrid, flexible working I am partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are heavily growing their transformation consulting team. They are looking for experienced consultants from Manager to Director grade to join their team to run business transformation projects with their clients. They will work closely with the project and programme managers that complete the tech implementations of the SaaS platform within their clients\’ businesses, however they support the projects with regards to broader business change elements across the full project lifecycle. If you are keen to make a move inhouse, this role provide more ownership as you will be more involved post-implementation. There is also no sales element, due to the presence of a separate internal sales team, so this is a delivery-focused role.
